We currently offer free shipping within the UK. We ship Monday through Friday, and orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. We partner with Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel to deliver your orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We aim for delivery within two to four working days. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. In the event of a delayed shipment, we will contact the shipping provider on your behalf to investigate and provide you with an update. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, however, personalized items can only be returned if they are damaged, misprinted, or if there was an error on our part. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
